Probably can use it as is right out the bag for the first run but if you want to amend it go with something like 1/3 cup of each for a 10 gal container. Don’t worry about accuracy too much just try to put about the same amount of each thing. Diversity is more important than ratios. I suggest also adding worm castings, kelp meal, and a slow release fertilizer like composted cow or chicken manure. Kelp and fish bone meal are also very good soil amendments. If adding all this makes the mix too heavy just toss in some perlite.
Granular mycorrhizae is also highly recommended; helps w/ absorption of nutrients. Sprinkle some in the hole at each transplant & place the root ball right on top. Oyster shell flour is a good ph buffer and source of calcium once broken down; works very well when near the root zone. Mix crushed oyster shell in by hand into the bottom layer of soil just before transplants.
You can aquire all these ingredients over time; do not have to get everything all at once. Amend the soil heavily after each run and don’t skimp on the compost. The idea is to put it all in there and then you just water the plants.
