Super Soil question

So I mixed up a batch of SS about 2 weeks ago, I've been using water to moisten it and cook it. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to brew a tea and use that instead and then let it cook since I'm mixing another batch? Any and all commented/answers appreciated .
