supercrop and lst during flowering

hi guys i got 5 plants and they are in the 2-3rd week of ther flowring stage. I was wondering if i could super crop and use the lst method whitout harming the buds which have started to grow.

Supercrop during VEG and give enough time to recover before FLOWER. Lst you should have already started and you can LST all the way from veg through flower. Honestly its too last to start now as the stalk has hardened and you risk breaking it. however if you do lst, after a good watering the stem is easier to manipulate, and they seem more limp RIGHT before light cycle starts. i wouldnt fuck with it in darkness tho imho
