Supercrop went BAD

Okay ill sum this up best I can

These 2 ladies are from the nirvanas "10 freebies". This is my first grow.

they're in 3 gallon smart pots. FFOF. about 2 months old. I originally planned on having these outdoors but ended up changing my mind and buying a tent 2x4x5. with 2 300 watt LEDS.

these plants were out on the porch to get whatever sunlight they could get, then brought back in at night.

August 30 is when I set up tent, lights, etc. I never trained the plants because I wanted them outdoors. so when brought into the tent, they were way too big. I did a mistake and super cropped the bottom of the stem.

They recovered and can hold themselves up now but the leaves look horrible. the plant is sick. all the leaves droop down like they were over watered (but not). and the leaves CLAW down and curl. I fed the plant only twice since its been in the tent with 1/2 strength. with FloraMicro. it didn't help anything at all.

bought FF trio and it came yesterday so I fed it nutrients (1/2) and the new growth is surprisingly looking decent. I'm trying to flower soon because theyre growing fast.

Could anyone PLEASE help me out with the problem of the clawed down/ curling leaves?

When they folded over it most likley pinched off most of the capolaries. They will recover.
Let them fully bounce back before you go into flower. I would top them to promote branching. Let them go a couple more weeks then flip

Sry didnt look at the later pics just the first one in the tent with them laying down. As it is now they are way to big for the tent

How long ago did you super crop them? Aug 30th? That super crop will recover it just needs some time. If they were my plants, I would put a support stick in there and tie those plants upright where you super cropped them and do some LST (no more super crop till they recover) on the top so they are not growing into your tents roof

that picture is 3 weeks old. the plants have changed a lot. my concern is the claw and the drooping down. they get watered every 4 days. PH water. so overwater isn't the issue. there is bugs or something

the curling down and drooping is the problem . ive done everything I could to try to fix it. I need advice! please!

I don't see any chewed leaves just because you only water every 4 days doesn't mean they arnt over watered or haven't been over watered. don't water on a schedule water when dry. when it folded I'm sure it didn't pull up much of anything while it was repairing capillaries. if you were still watering every 4 days.....
if you are positive it isn't that then my guess would be a ph problem, if not that then salt lock out. once you rull out those problems that just leaves a root problem

Stop giving it nutes until you figure out your Ph, I agree with dynamo. Your plants are showing signs of deficiencies and toxicities which probably means PH, and prop up that lower area you super cropped to allow it to flow a little better

I take my PH when watering. Always watered with PH 6.8-7.0 at most.
I had the lower area propped up and eventually it was strong enough to support itself.
I gave it Floramicro twice in its whole life. 1/2 dose. and just yesterday gave it FF big bloom & grow big. 1/2 dose, the new growth from the top is actually pointing to the light which is amazing!. all the leaves in the beneath aren't looking too good. I can see slight progress since yesterdays feed though. the tips still curl down and other leaves are canoeing down

That claw was from over feeding and it won't go away when it is severe enough. Look at new growth and see if leaves are flat, if so the pro elm is corrected, if not, water only.

Curved leaf structure is lack of oxygen to your roots, could be disease. Adding large chunk perlite to your soil next time will really help.

Even though you water at that PH the acidity in your soil is subject to change.

Your leaves exhibit signs of nitrogen toxicity with that curl down shape and some dark areas on your leaves, however your purple stems, let me rephrase, your REALLY PURPLE stems are signs of a cal/mag deficiency. Whenever one has a plant that the signs point to deficiencies and toxicities you need to first check the PH of the soil, no matter what PH you have been watering with.

Take a look at what PH that certain nutrients are taken up at, I usually work soil at a PH between 6.3 - 6.8. You not only have to water at this PH you have to maintain your soils PH at these levels also.

Your in cloth pots, cut a small hole or slit the bottom, pull a small amount of soil out and put it in a small amount of water over night, filter that soil/water solution through a coffee filter and check the PH of that water. If it were me, that would be where I start

last time I watered the Soil PH (runoff) came out to be 6.8.

And yeah one of the plants have a very purple stem. that's cal/mag deficiency?? If so, ill buy a bottle on amazon right now. I was wondering why it was so purple. This is my first grow and I'm learning a lot. another problem is I didn't add a lot of perlite into the soil. I remember adding like 20% perlite in the soil.

this is helpful . and the new growth USE to be clawing down and twisting but after yesterdays feed they are pointing up. you can see in the picture I posted in the Description .

I did see that, I can only look at your picture, I can't see what improvements your plants are making over a period of time. If you are seeing improvement then continue to let the plant do it's thing and try not to overthink it, now if it's health begins to detiorate in any way, then start taking prompt action.

should I buy cal mag? see if that helps. anyways the purple stem plant needs it

Keep it in half doses if you do. Give your plant some time to recover, it's been really stressed but it's not going to die, not unless you try and kill it. Keep PHing your water and add only .25 to .5 nutes EVERY OTHER WATERING till she is on her way
