supercropping question

Every thread about supercropping has several comments that say the healed break creates a "superhighway" of more paths for nutrients. My question is about the fact that one inch above the healed "superhighway" the stem is the same size it was before, in effect still a "two lane road". How does this benefit the upper part of the stem?

I think its bro science bro, kinda like putting your plants in the dark for 2 days before harvest. I still supercrop to make my stalk and branches stronger. Love to hear more opinions.

I supercrop when my girls get unruly and I run out of headroom. I tend to go as low on the stem as I can, finding pliable growth(not woody) that I can crush between my fingers. Just squash the stem until it's mushy and just fold her over. Takes a few days for the stem to harden but my plants don't even hiccup-they just keep growing.

Superhighway? No way. Increased THC and enhanced terpene production? Apparently yes.

Super Highway, that person who wrote that needs to give there head a wobble.Super cropping does nothing that increases the yield .Just helps control the height. You are far better of pulling the tops over,And by doing this you are getting the side nodes to become tops ,far less stress caused by doing this .Super Cropping has to effect the flow of Nutes ,a it like drinking through a bent straw
