Supplemental light question (To move or not to move, that is the question!)

I'm growing out 3 AK48's in a 2x6x8 closet using 3 Platinum P150 leds. I'll be adding my scrog screen in another week or two. I found 3 60w led grow flood lights on clearance and will add them in flower. The were only $22 shipped, 9x1w blue, 3x1w white and 48x1w red. I know they are cheap junk, but they are crazy f'in bright!

How often should these lights be moved from one edge of scrog to other? I was thinking every 6 hours after in 12/12. Is this ideal, or would every 3 hours be better?

I'd be more concerned with the Platinum junk lights.
