Support?

I was curious when you support your plants because the yield is putting too much pressure on the plant how do you do it? What is the best way to support your plant?

strings? bamboo sticks? netting? you could use just about anything

The absolute best way is to use fans blowing on the plants in veg and flowering, combined with proper feeding to encourage thicker stems capable of supporting large buds.
