Surface temp when drying

Does anyone pay more attention to the surface temperature of the buds when drying instead of the air temp? I just checked some hanging buds and they are significantly cooler them the air temp in my drying room. My a/c is blasting and doesn’t really shut off when it’s this hot out and in order to keep the room cooler at ~64F. Room is at 64 but buds are 50F. Is this concerning?

No ,not really. The lower and slower you cure, the better the product, just keep the R/H up near 60, A/C air is normally very dry.
