Yea, most of my mushroom syringes hold 30cc's. I do not see any reasons why you can not make smaller ones.
Maybe if doing the pf tek, the needle won't be long enough to get past the verm barrier. Other than that, I see no reason why they won't work.

Nice, you just won't be able to knock up as many jars at a time as the bigger syringes, but you can resteralize and start again endlessly. Good luck! :peace:

Yea sounds like this will be a pain for you if you are using the pf tek. Maybe get some shot glasses and fill them with your sterile spore prints and sterilized water. Mix up good, and knock up as many jars as you can. In the future though, I would learn alternatives to the pf tek. It really isn't as rewarding for simplicity as it seems to be.

Good luck with your lc's. Theses days all I use is a sterile spoon and scoop some colonized wbs into an uncolonized wbs jar. IMO, it is muhch easier than dealing with syringes.

yeah what weasels is saying is a G2G (Grain to grain) transfer. But you still need to nock up one jar to be able to do that.
I would really suggest doing LCs if doing grain, they are way faster than standard MS syringes.
You use the MS syringe, nock up a LC, then after a week or so, use the alive mycelium in there to nock up whatever jars you want.
