So i want to design an indoor set up, so to those who live in 3rd world countries that have rolling black outs and load shedding. what do you do to counter the routine load shedding hours lol. It would destroy the harvest i can imagine, going light to dark, light to dark etc

I want to build an LED set up at home, like a basic-ish one. Looking at the MARS LED lights, really dont know much about growing indoors. So if there are any other Saffas that are growing indoors, share some knowledge asseblief

Small UPS system may give a few hours at max otherwise your looking at generator but that’s a massive cost

From what I know during the Veg phase you can split the light hours so as long as you got your 18 hours it should be fine. Will be a bit of admin though trying to change accordingly to each days load shedding schedule. Stage 4 has been a game changer .I've looked into UPS but am going to wait and see first as I'm between grows at the moment.

I rigged up some LED bulbs on a UPS to take over when the power goes out.
It's basic but I get to power my modem so we have wifi.
