hey, this the open discussion of my journal.

My soil is:

composted fermented kitchen garbage,
composted leaves,
native peat,
native sandy loam,
african night crawler vermicastings (not terribly pure at the moment),
biochar,
coffee grind bokashi,
bird seed bokashi,
lime,
steamed bone meal ,
spent cal-phos bones,
native bio-dynamic amendments.

I feed regular EMextended/molasses, FPE, FAA, calphos, beer, coffee, lime (on and off)

anyway let's start this.

so i must have scooped up a nest of mites because one querkle was crazy infested and i've soaked the soil it is in numerous times with capsicum, then when that didnt work, neem/cedar, then when that didn't work, i sprayed the surface with iso. ....and that worked...

Also, id like to clarify there is no difference between my seed starter and my mature plant soil. the difference in growing technique is the tea choice. According to Amherst's burnt tip (to surprise) i will stick to 1:100 EMe and mollasses in water. I would also like to point out that i believe my phosphate content builds in the soil as i feed liquid cal-phos in vinegar. as the vinegar evaporates, the phosphates crystallizes into the soil and doesn't wash away as easily as nitrogen and potassium. If i were to pour vinegar or pH2-3 ferments into my soil, the phosphate crystals would then dissolve and erode.

the autos come from Auto Seeds (pounder) and Blim Burn (grizzly purple). I have never grown these before

Less purple more lemon-leaning plant with decent yields and resin production. Its flavour is more spicy and incense. Easy to grow, strong and resistant to mold and pests.
