Swapped from soil to coco medium and need help with feeds

So I as the title reads I have swapped from Fox Farm oceanic soil to a coco peet moss grow medium. I am also using fox farms nute line as well. The only nutrient I'v swapped is the "big grow" to "big grow hydroponic". Following the fox farm feeding schedule and it seems all the other nutes can be used for either soil or hydro. How often should I feed? First time in this grow medium. Also Iv up potted these plants out of smaller soil pots. So the plants have a core root system formed in soil within the middle of these coco filled pots. Any advice would be great, I fed 3 solo cups worth of water + nutes yesterday and they seem to be taking fine to the new smart pots. Plants show no signs of needing water yet.
