Switched MH to HPS, and new growth is wilting

Hey guys everything has been the same. My plants were doing excellent a few days ago under the MH. Absolutely nothing has changed in the last few days except that I changed the bulb from 600W MH to 600W HPS. I did notice that the plants were vegging better under the MH than in my previous HPS veg.

I switched to HPS because I needed the MH for another room. I would be willing to buy another MH but I am not 100% sure if its the bulb or if something is off.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

looks like it needs water, it shouldnt be producing a noticeably different radiated heat from the bulb so all i can say is to give them some water, if the plants burning from the light ur gonna notice, how hot is it when ur hand is under the bulb at where the canopy line is?? And whats the temp of the room?

75F average. lowest 65, highest 80-85.
Can leave my hand at the canopy line for 5 minutes if I wants so heat isn't the issue. Perhaps some more water. I will give them more. Anything else you that comes to your mind.

Personally i thought it was overwatering becasue the new leaves look wilted but not too dry. After reading your reply and doing some more research the sideway twist of the leaf could be indicative of underwatering/heat.
