Switching a plant that was flowering back to veg HELP!!!

I got a plant from a mate that was growing out doors, but was a foot tall and already flowering! I offered to take it and try turn it back to veg and get it growing again. So I've got it under cfls 24/7 light but it's all droopy and looks unwell! I'm not sure if this is normal before it switches to veg for new growth but it wasn't looked after or anything before I got it so was in poor condition to start with! Any help would be good

A picture would certainly help. right now my best guess would be "not enough light" do you give it at least 40W/SQ F ?

I've got 6 24w 6500k cfls 1 18w 6500k cfl and a small daylight t5 going on them now. It still seems to be budding and growing but the leaves are dying!

OUCH! some serious damages here, not normal at all, even if you took it outdoor and bring it inside, it's not supposed to react that bad & it's not your light. If it was transplanted when you brought it inside you may have damage the root system cause a nutrient deficiency appear gradually over time, some fungus turn your leafs yellow too.

damn bro! that bitch has taken a beating! some nitrogen deficiency, a bit of sun damage/bugs (white spots on leaves) and looks like the transplant hurt her pretty good. what did the rootmass look like and what type os soil is she in? make sure to keep new transplants roots moist.
