switching from outdoor to indoor(white widow)

hi everybody in the forum,can anybody help me with my white widow,it's been 2 months since of veg and she's only 30 cms,she gets only 4 hours of sun and I wonder if it's possible to switch to indoor using a 250w HPS,any consequences??,somebody help me pleaseeee!!

find a better spot to move the plant so it gets at least a minimum of 6 hours of direct sunlight a day.also is the plant in a pot or in the ground?
