No way in hell they fit under the light. You may get 4 1 month old clones under a 4" bulb and they will barely grow.
First off get a good mother genetics are important.
I would go 2 or 3 4' 4 bulb or 2 400mh. 2 Months are some big ass plants. I would never do a T5 again for veg, mh is so much faster.
Here these 4 plants are all 28 days old and started out as a clone from ak47 (3 diff moms). The two big ones in the back are my keepers, i will get rid of the other 2. I will veg the 2 aks for 60 days. They would be about 1.5 feet now but i topped them twice so they are 13". I use an 8 bulb 2' t5(16,000 lumens).
This is when they were 21 days old i think...
Plants in veg grow exponentially obviously... Here are some differences in plant growth. Although with on e control under the t5 its not really scientific. Could be genetics but i find i get better results under MH.
