T o late fo r t r a n s pl ant ? ?? ???

I have 4 plants and 2 are in one gallon bucket other 2 are in 4"x4" cube. The 2 one gallons were vegged for a month and the 2 smaller ones vegged for 2 weeks. The smaller ones have started to yellow very fast. They all are now in week 5 of flowering. Could transplant help me?? the one gallons are still dark green and have lost not to many leafs at all
