T5 Bulb Temperature Recommendations

I am on my first grow (single plant) and I have a 4 bulb T5 fixture. I have 8 bulbs, 4 6500k & 4 3000k. I am about 4 weeks give or take into flowering. I currently have 2 of each in the fixture. Is this the right approach?

Typically you'd stick with all 3000k's for flowering, not mix.

That is exactly how you should do it, a mixed spectrum works alot better than just one or the other. do you have them like red-blue-red-blue or like red-red-blue-blue? i'd have the bulb colors alternating like the red-blue-red-blue(or blue-red-blue-red, doesnt really matter which.

I flower with a hps and mh, but I veg with 8xt5's, 6500k and 3000k alternating (4 of each).

i just finished a t5 grow. flowred with 4 t5s 3000k. if u can get a pic i will show tell u whats better. i think 3 3000 k and 1 6500k would be bes though or 4 and 2 or 5 and 3 cause i heard u get uvb from 6500 k
