t5 HO lamp bulbs

I have been looking online for a place to buy some 4'- T5 HO bulbs. 6700k.

I usually order from 1000bulbs.com but my last order the bulbs all started shorting out and out of 8 I have 3 with only 3000 hours on them, the life expectancy is 20,000 hours. I contacted and they said there is nothing they can do.

I'm leary of ordering again but cannot find a price that is around the 6.00 a bulb I pay at 1000bulbs.com

Before anyone says I need to pay more, I have used these bulbs and grown great cannabis with them but latley something is going on.

I'm not beyond paying more but I'm not going from 6.00 each to 18 or something as an example. I'm on a budget! I'm sure most of you understand!

Home Depot has them in 10 packs for about $60

I just started using these in veg, not sure how they compare to a 6700K, if you buy an 8 pack it's about $6.50 a bulb. Node spacing is ridiculously tight, and consistent, on 4 different strains.
