t8 bulb's

Hi, i really need to know whats the best distance from plant to t8 bulb's (18W)
is it about 1 inch in veg?

I'd say an inch sounds fair mate, but the best rule of thumb in to put your hand (palm down) under the light, so the top of your hand is in line with the top of your plant, then adjust the light till ill a comfortable to just noticable tempreture to the top of your hand... Follow that rule and you can't go wrong matey

1" is right. you can actually let your plants touch the bulbs and it wont hurt. it looks like you have it right in the picture.
