Tagging dead accounts is not allowed.

In terms of giveaways we will be monitoring now the tags, we have noticed an uptick in users tagging random dead accounts, while the majority arent doing so nefariously some are quite obvious they knew they arent real or dead accounts

Any account that hasnt logged in in 90 days is considered dead,before tagging a friend ensure they are online.

Consistently doing this will ban you from all giveaways.

At the end of the day the advertiser's here don't owe us anything to gift anything so why are we trying to ruin that by tagging dead and non used accounts?

Don't ruin it for everyone.

Apparently this needs to be said creating new accounts to enter is not allowed, and you are barred from giveaways if you do it

Is this "90 days no login= dead account" the reason why some people doesn't come up in the dropp down list when trying to tag them re any other business?

no, anyone wiht an account will populate no matter how long they havent been online except banned users. .. that being said ive found the tag has minor issues sometimes populating names who are you trying to tag?

For example trying to tag @captainmorgan; old user last seen years ago: he does not appear in dropp down list:


... But hes still listed as a member at least to my understanding.

Not asking you to fix anything just trying to understand, and maybe show a unnoticed issue
Seems like theres some members who get pushed out of the tag list.

mmhm yeah looks like a glitch because you were able to tag him in this comment you wrote to me it just didnt appear in the drop down

My two cents of probability is that because hes from 2012, he didnt import over properly when we went from vbulletin to xenforo but thats just a guess and it wouldnt be for everyone just specific people didnt properly import
