Is it possible to keep them alive on a roadtrip? I'm sure if I wanted, I could rig something up...

Do you guys have any ideas? Are there simple ways of doing this?

Decent ideas fellas. I was thinking about sticking some of those old school tap lights in the trunk and placing clone trays underneath the lights, keeping them in place somehow. How does this sound?

Small T5 strip light + a DC power inverter attached to car battery (just like a stereo amp for subs is ran)... if you have to have light that is... otherwise prob not worth the hassle...

A cooler with one of those tap lights in it. I have a buddy that uses those to bring clones back from cali no problem. Its a 2k plus mile drive.

In a bag of ph'd water, leaves and all? So I'd be soaking the whole cut in water?

I try to prop up the bag so they don't totally soak but if they do,no prob.Just check on 'em day to day.Theres no light in my fridge and they stay fresh. With that said you don't need light to keep 'em fresh n alive

Preparing clones for a road trip:

If they are in dirt and you can't take the dirt with you, rinse the rootball by swirling it in water.
Fold up a couple of paper towels and sprinkle them wet. Wrap the wet towels around the roots
and the plant. Put plants with paper towels in the 'fridge for a couple hours before leaving.

This has worked for me and my brothers as we run clones back and forth for a 3-4 hour car trip.

Good luck, BigSteve.
