When we are taking clones from non fem plant the chance for young cutting to become female or male are 50/50 like from seeds right ?

no, your chances of having whatever sex you took the clone from is 99.99%, and depending on the light schedule you could put it into hermi if you wanted to :D

The whole idea of cloning is you are making a copy DNA wise of that other plant...so if its going to be female...your clones will be female...etc

Grow as you normally would. When you identify the females, pick the best and healthiest for your mother and keep her in veg.

some people will cut clones while while vegging a plant, and put the clones in 12 /12 while leaving the mother in veg.. sex the clones and either toss the males and leave the moms in veg for longer, or toss the males and put the females into flower.. it all depends on how much veg time you want, etc..

yah, like jakabok said, keep moving the mom back in and out of say veg than into flower then back into veg isn't very good as your really putting stress on the plant, which you want to try and avoid...
that is why it's better to either simply take clones and flower them, and than after sexing either flower or grow the moms some more, or like jakabok said, flower the plants, either wait till they show sex, and take clones, or take clones and after sexing toss the males and put the new clone moms to be back in veg..
