Taking the girls for a walk? Introduction to the sun!

Hi everyone I have two dna ls .Sunlight in the winter ?
I was checking on my house plants and I noticed we have alot of sunlight today .
So I thought I should introduce my plants to the sun.
Here are some pics...
Temp in room is a bit cooler then the gr but they didn't seem to mind ...
Any benefits to this possibly?
