Tape Odour & Grow Questions

Sorry for the stupid question people, ive set up my 3x3 tent with the zip as below and the odour smells bad : /



The tape im using is pretty strong in terms of holding and a bit too strong in Odour, will this smell air out after a few days of running the fan in the room ? Im also planning on stapling the zip to the tape, what i have done is folded the tape from the front of the zip to the back then i taped another piece halfway on that zip piece & onto the plastic sheeting. Hopefully this tape doesnt start peeling off at the cost of the smell lol , thanks everyone

the smell wont go away unless you scrub it, I mean you wont smell it but im sure someone else would...get a scrubber or make a homemade one...

Lol sorry bro let me explain better, i have a 6 inch scrubber thats not the problem, its the odour coming from the tape, it smells really industrial and im just concerned the smell wont go away although i guess being a noob i am under estimating the smell of a flowering plant, probably by the 2nd day its flowering that tape will smell like the bud lol , although yeah so u dont think that shitty smell from the tape will linger around my plants ?

Honestly, i don't think the smell from the tape should interfere with your plants at all...but i have been proven wrong before.

I don't know much about the tape your using. But if you google "off gassing of building materials in growroom", it might help you

I build allot of growrooms, and I must tell you, the only time I ever suspect offgassing to be an issue, is in a sealed growroom. And, I'm not so sure that I've ever experienced it.
