tear down/rebuild...ideas?

hello all, i have been attacked by spider mites, and i think its my fault.
i am using 150w mh and 360w cfl.
i have the mh hanging from the ceiling with moveable chain. and i had the cfl nailed to plywood for side lighting.
the plywood had been laying outside my house for over a year and i think thats where the spider mites came from...so i'm looking for something that will allow me to move the cfl's up and down, like a metal track or something? anyone have any suggestions?

and yes i tried to search but this search engine is crap!!!! i went through countless threads before i decided to post..so if this is discussed somewhere else please inform me! trying to save my 3 week old bubba kush and the lsd, diesel, and white russian are germinating, i've got to do something fast! the cfl's are in a ceiling box...fyi

you can by rails from plenty of places, specially online, but first priority would be to loose that board and treat the problem , if you want a cheap solution you could by a new ply board, fresh from the shop and chain it of the ceiling, same as a over head light but pu the lights on the board vetically..... just rember to weigh down the other side of the board to even it out so it don't hang at an angle.

Why not just make the bord that your lights are attached to hanging with an adjustable chain.

FUCK RAILS!!! get bicycle hooks and adjust accordingly!!!! unless yur too lazy!!!!......much cheaper and start with fresh wood bro!!! OBVIOUSLY HUH!!!

go to google and use it as you search engine to search this board.

just type what ever your search parameters are into the google search bar and then type "site:rollitup.org" and it will only search those key words on this site.

So lets say you wanted to search for spider mites, go to google and type "spider mites site:rollitup.org" You don;'t need the quotations I just used them to seperate things.


Just thought I'd throw that out there. This will obviously work for any website.

Google is your friend.
