Technaflora Nutes Question (Help Please)

It says for the vegetative stage i should do this for every gallon

B.C Boost 3tsp
B.C Grow 1 1/2tsp
Thrive Alive B-1 Red 1/2 tsp
MagiCal 1/2tsp
SugarDaddy 2tsp

For soil use this solution in the sequence of feed, water, water throughout the vegetative cycle

Should i do exactly what it says or half of that?

This is the part i always mess up on 3rd grow so far the other 2 didn't last
