Technaflora Starter Kit Reciept for Success?

decieded to swap from G.H. to this starter kit and just wanted to get some feed back on what people thought about it. Looks like a reciept for success but what do i know.

I use it and have since I started, its easy and seems to work great for hydro, and its on the cheap end of the scale as far as nutrients go.
