Technaflora Sugar Daddy questions

Running Autopots on my first grow. Growing in coco and using canna A and B etc.. I am running a sanitary reservoir. Staying away from organics so as hopefully keep my valves on autopots clean and functional. Local hydro store suggested using sugar daddy to up my mag/sulfur. Not sure if I’ll benefit from all that it offers while having a sanitary res. Using Athena Cleanse in my res.
thanks in advance

The Canna series should be pretty complete (and expensive).
Here's the link to it https://www.technaflora.com/product/sugardaddy/
So definitely more mag/sulfur in it and sugar:

GUARANTEED ANALYSIS
Magnesium (Mg)1.6%1.6% Water Soluble Magnesium (Mg)Sulfur (S)1.75%
DERIVED FROM:
Magnesium Sulfate.
ALSO CONTAINS NON-PLANT FOOD INGREDIENT:
2% Cane Sugar (microbe food).

I doubt it'll hurt but I don't have any experience with it and I only used the Canna Bio series. You can add sugars to a sanitary reservoir though. I used the GH floranectar for years with no issues.

Why not just buy a 3 pound bag of epsom salts for under $5? No need to pay for some bottle with a shiny label and cool sounding name. It's the same stuff for a fraction of the cost. Cane sugar? Why? You don't need any of those overpriced additives. And if you're running sterile why would you add sugar to begin with?

Growing 101: Hydro shops always recommend that you buy some fancy product because that's how they make money. They are more concerned about making a profit than anything else. If they actually offered decent advice for upping the magnesium and sulfur they would have told you to go buy some epsom salts. All they want is your money and if you buy epsom salts for $5 at the drugstore they don't make any money from you.

Yeah; like @xtsho said.
I run Walmart Epsom salts in hydro and no sugars anymore. Just Jack's 321 and epsom.
I don't know why anyone would buy that bottled stuff. It literally is just some epsom salts and sugar mixed with water for over $30 a bottle. For $30 I could make a hundred gallons of the stuff.

You're right but I'm guilty of shit like that too though. If you don't have all the knowledge from time on a site like this then you get sucked in. I ran the full GH line for years and I know now I didn't have to. You just find something that works and keep trying to repeat each grow.
Great advice though. Liked your seed pics the other day too. I haven't got that addiction...yet.
