teenie tiny plants :(

Hey guys, so basically i have 3 autos and a regular plant, had them under a 200w cfl for 2 weeks in small pots then transported to larger pots and put under a 400w hps. the room temp is a constant 80f and i have just started to feed with some miracle grow, 20/4 cycle, blatently left it far too long to change to bigger pots and a stronger lamp and miracle grow is just a cheap substitute to nutes i cannot afford, just wondered if there is anything i can do to send them shooting up? they look around the size of a plant 5-6 days and they are 18days old ! just concered that with the short growth period of autos i wont see a spliffs worth of them all combined !!

back under the fluros for more vegging at 24/0, then under the hps for flowering, sounds like they were happier under the fluro.

ive also used cheap soil and there is a lack of air into the room, clearly i bare no threat to howard marks, just wondered what is the main contributing factor (if not everything ive done) that i can pay more attention to detail next time?

havent got access to the cfl anymore either !
