i put up a post cuz I cant get the good smell I want out of my bud. I keep trying different things and it still seems to come out smelling odd. the last thing I can think is that my temp or humidity is bad in my drying room, so what is the proper or perfect temp and humidity for drying. because this bud is to good to smell like this and im really starting to lose it trying to figure this out. please help me out. this smell is haunting me. thanks

I just harvested and hung in my basement. my daily temp/humidity numbers were 72-75* and 50-55% r/h. imo, from doing a lot of searching, this was just about damn near perfect. oh, and is completely dark.

Hey there
What I have found to be most effective to get the best smelling weed is to not trim the smaller bud leaves before you hang then after 3 days trim them buds then put into paper bags to dry for another 3 then jar them up.
Leaving the small bud leaves on while initially drying traps all the goodness in.

This info is taken from rumples harvest techniques. Google it for a better look .
