Hey what up so I just started growing, had to set up in a closet w/ a fake wall and have about as good of circulation as i can possibly manage. Have 6 seedlings that have been in soil for about 3 days....I have 3 that have sprouted that look pretty good so far and 2 that just broke ground...and 1 other that stills chillen in the ground.
Anyways I have a dig thermometer in there and with my 400W metal halide light on it gets to/varies around 90 degrees!(Im going 20/4 w/ my lights) Ive read that weed will grow in temps up to 100F, yet i figure its not ideal/good. I cant really change my set up much, have fans on everything and have as good as a ventilation set up as I can.
Im wondering if anyone has had a similar situation/outcome, how bad this is, what could I do to compensate for the hi temp and/or what I could do besides changing up my ventilation and fan set up (which I already have tried). Any Ideas/suggestions would be appreciated. WuTangtang...
