Where are you exhausting your hot air to?

You need to get the hot air out as far away as possible so you dont end up recirculating air.

Its easier to remove excess heat than to cool it.

You need to be shifting more air OUT than that.

i think you have 19 square mtrs. , and i think thats 204 sq foot.

you need more extraction, i THINK.

you need to be moving 4080 sqft of air an hour.

someone might be along to correct me.

Everyone here is correct you need a larger fan.

10X10X7=700CFM +5% for each lighting hood

770CFM + 20% if you use a carbon filter

so this becomes 923CFM

sounds like you are sucking all the cold air the ac throws out of the room. how about running a duct from outside to the hood and back outside? the ac should be able to cool the room if the heat from the lights are handled by the fan.
how big is the AC? how hot is the air outside the room? you are not in a metal shed in the desert, are u?

Damn! that is hot. As previous members have mentioned, I would increase the exhaust. 435 cfm is not enough to cool 2,000 watts worth of lights. Exhaust the air and make sure you have adequate air intake such as another fan or simply negative air pressure.

purchase another fan
and your going to need to find a way to keep the room cold, I would suggest a larger AC or a stand alone room AC. Your plants will be prone to more deficiencies/diseases at 98 degrees.

The heat outside is 101 degrees so if pull the air from outside and exhaust it threw the attic will that cool the room down
