i=with seedlings, i have read the optimum temp is 24 degrees C. does this mean the air temp in the room or the temp of the substrate??? bit of a noob question. thanks people

thats the temperature of the room, the substrate should be near 20c because the roots will start dying and alot of diseases can grow and live happy lives when the temperature goes a bit higher?

Extractor fans and intake fans and fans in the grow room. How big is the grow space?

the space is 1.2M x 1.2M x 2M. as far as extractor and intake fans go, i need something that will use minimal electricity and make virtually no noise as there are people in my household i do not want to find out about it
