You dont need a tent for clones. I just put them on a shelf. I put them on 24/0 to keep the temp consistent for root growth, I guess you could use a heater mat, but I dont bother.
Off the top of my head I can keep 40-50cuts in a typical propagation tray using 1.5 inch rockwool cubes.. use 2 inch cubes if youre gonna keep em longer. You can veg under a T5. If you only go 2 weeks after the cut they dont grow too much. Just get a tray with a high dome and adjustable vent.
The cell type trays work good too, but I like the open trays, sometimes I get cuts with different sizes that are set in different cubes.
