Terpene-based fungicide

about a week ago I used an organic fungicide allowed in organic farming based on terpenes, geraniol, eugenol and thymol. It has a safety time between the last application and harvest that ranges from 1 to 7 days depending on the crop. For example for: Fresh herbs and edible flowers (chervil, chives, celery leaves, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, basil and edible flowers, bay leaves, tarragon, other fresh herbs) safety interval 1 day. This was to briefly explain the product to you. Well, the problem is that I was forced to harvest because of the weather, from the day of spraying to the day of harvesting 5 days passed and in these five days there was rain for about 70 mm. Now the weed is drying but it has this strong strange smell that seems very similar to fungicide to me... have you ever used terpene based products? essential oils? have you noticed any smells, tastes of fungicide?

another thing, another variety that I collected together with the others but that had skipped the last spraying of fungicide seems to be free from this odorous contamination, it had however undergone a spraying of fungicide 12 days ago... this gives me hope that in the drying week it may lose the fungicide smell
