THC BOMB first grow 400 watt hps (PICS)

:leaf:Hey rui, doing my first grow journal here, im i little late my plants are in there 3rd week of veg.:leaf:



lots of people love this strain, apparently its pretty dank:-o ill update dis every week. please reply let me know what you think.

Get those temps down! lol Even though THC Bomb has good heat tolerance temps should never go above 85.

Here is a pic of my last thc bomb top, this plant stretched a bit in early flower so the bud is actually a lot shorter then normal. THC right, White Queen left.

A few things.

Next run use fabric pots, if that heat is going to be an issue that can't be dealt with those will help some. Some Pro-tek will help with heat to. But those temps should really be dealt with.
Wow, I didn't even see the low humidity. Get a cool-mist humidifier(50 bucks) in there with some distilled water. You need the RH to be at least 40% in veg but 50% and higher is recommended.
Instead of the fan blowing right under the light get it on the tops of the plants and get that light lower if you can control temps.
Doesn't look to have any nute or watering issues like most.

Other then temps, pots and light distance looks good.

List what nute system you will be using.

im going to be using dyna grow just started today

Well that Dyno line has Pro-Tekt, use it. No experience with the full lineup but I have only heard good things. I'm originally from the midwest and visited St. Paul, MN a lot for the science museum and state fair, but I have been to the como park zoo and conservatory many times as well and if you go to the dyno testimonials on their site you can see they have been using much of the dyno grow lineup for almost 20 years and ever time I've been there their fruits, plants, flowers and trees have been amazing looking so obviously dyno is a good choice.

Hopefully you have a passive or forced intake with an exhaust.

Intriguing sounding strain. I have grown Kolossus twice in my previous two grows before my current one, the description of THC Bomb sounds very similar to the Kolossus. Big Bud comparison and white strains mentioned in the cross.

How are the plants doing now? I found with the Kolossus that the buds gained their shape by about week 5 flower and then kept fattening and fattening. Be interesting if the pattern is similar in yours. I will be keep popping in and saying hi, pics would be great :-)

my plants are doing great they reacted to the nutes good and grew alot in one night. Thanks broo

My plants don't look like yours get outta here lmao.

I think you should put the fan on the ground blowing the heat away from the tops of the plants, as soon as I did that my plants started flourishing . Give us a update, and how old are they from sprout?

Naw not trying to insult you. The growth isn't that good for 33 days though. I'm at 27 days on my grow, mine are kinda bigger then yours.

Is the light close enough?
Are you giving it enough water?
Are you using nutrients?

ya i know there not big enough for 4 weeks. i just started giving them nutes. for some reason they look smaller in the pics but my biggest one is on its 9 th node and its topped so im going to veg them for a looong time.

Nice to see your grow ,I will be following ,I am growing a few THC Bomb , but in Hydro. I would take Rancho C advice he knows this strain pretty well ,and helped me out quite a bit . and def add the Protekt to your DG Grow it is part of the dyna-gro line up
