Why is he such a downer? Dude needs to smoke some weed. FFS, we're animals not perfect creatures, what did he expect?

And I'm 100% positive he doesn't honestly hate humanity. If he did, he wouldn't care enough about his viewers to make a video.. That's like saying you hate ants so you stick your hand in an ant pile. Makes no sense.

Edit" the above example lacks sense lol. Here's a new one: That's like saying you hate children so you go to a daycare. Still doesn't make sense huh? Screw it :)

And then if he thinks we're all piles of shit and that's all "people equal shit", why is he still alive? Not saying he should, but why hasn't he killed himself yet if he honestly hates the world? I think the dude just wants to bitch because the worlds not a happy rainbow land but inside he loves his life and the good side of humanity. I'd be a hypocrite if I said he shouldn't complain though, I have my depressive episodes or whatever too.

Sound more like Maddox than TJ. I don't like TJ or his style as I find him annoying, although I agree with a lot of what he has to say. I agree with him on voting in this video, but not that humanity is shit. People are basically good by nature, or there wouldn't be nearly 7 billion of us. Most of them may be ignorant and/or lazy, but fuck those people. IME, 10 out of 1000 people are amazing, that's good enough for me..

He does genuinely hate humanity, hes very accurate and observant of the dumb human animals of this world. In a more recent video he talks about his recent marriage, and how his wife inspires him to be a better person, to not be such a asshole that hates leaving his house because he doesnt want to interact with the population that he hates dearly, he doesnt want to be an pessimistic angry asshole anymore. Probably the only time he has ever shown a soft side.

i dont think the fact a person makes youtube videos and hasnt committed suicide as a reason they love humanity.

If we're dumb, how did we learn to evolve into what we are today? If we're dumb, how did we learn to space travel? IMO, he's just an unappreciative sack of shit. A little too much, probably, but that's what I think of him.


OK, so if he hates humainty and thinks we're all shit, why the hell was he married? "Oh yeah, I hate humainty, that's why I married my wife that teaches me good things".. Makes no damn sense.


Seeing the way he dresses and the fact that he makes these youtube videos, I find it hard to believe this is the first time he has ever shown a soft side towards humanity.


He expects too much from us. Did he honestly think we would be perfect animals? What a dumbass.

What's the problem with sharing your opinions?

Ok, so somebody that hates humanity will follow the latest trends (as you can tell by his sense of "fashion") and try to keep in touch (via youtube.. and recently I found out he had a wife) with humanity (the things he hates)? Doesn't make too much sense to me.

And since he didn't commit suicide, there's something keeping him here. What is it? I highly doubt he's in love with a ant or a rabbit. I'm pretty sure his closet hidden love for humanity is what's keeping him here.

my opinions have been a bit over the top lately thats all. had some kind of manic depressive episode for a few days from being sick of hearing of my family problems. Anyway enough about me, maybe I need a counselor.

getting back on track, in another thread we were talkin about love and hate and how they are connected ( or if they are connected)

so lets say the amazing atheist loves humanity a great deal and is disappointed so much he hates it? and this is an overzealous attempt to help stop the suffering?

Ahhh I see, well I like your opinions so keep on giving them :).

But I never agreed to love and hate being the same thing. But even if they were, that would mean he still kinda loves humanity. All I'm saying is right inside his fake hard shell is a soft interior. He's trying to grow a tougher skin I guess but it's easy to see he loves us lol.

Nah man, he hates humanity. He hates interacting with the general public because he cannot stand how stupid the majority of people are. He grateful to of found a happy, intelligent wife that likes to get out and do stuff because she inspires him not to be such a pessimistic angry depressed asshole. He hates humanity, but he seriously doesnt want to hate humanity, he wants to change.

ya thats kind of what i was thinking. hes on a mission to deliver the message from the soapbox to attempt to wake everyone up, because he wants to loves humanity and wants it to change. He hates the current state of humanity, but loves the people. but his standards are biologically impossible to be met. so hate to love? If humanity wasnt so fucked up right now, in fairly important ways at least, would he still hate it? would he nitpick even at the most perfect scenario?
