for the 420 promotion we all know that they had a nice sale going on were u got a freebee bag of goodies that include a grinder,papers,some free seeds and a linard. well i placed my order and for the second time the attitude messes up my order and trys to bait me into another sale to get the products that were missing or damaged. the first time i orderd i received everything but my tshirt was the wrong size. the attitude sayes theyl answer emails within 24hrs...... it took them 2 weeks and about 3 emails from me to even get a response. all they sayed was that the only thing they could do is add a corrected size tshirt in my next order.... that was fine with me at the time.. but now after my 420 order i got my 2 tshirts but my pineapple express seed was damaged as in cracked and flaking like someone stepped on it. i reported this the same day to the attitude seedbank and awaited there response... it was 10 days b4 i herd from them and only to say in there exact words....

i responded.. Your policy makes no sense. I pay 30 for some damaged seeds and have to pay to ship them back.out to u. So my total cost for 2 seeds will be around 40 per seed. Thats rediculous. What about the free papers I didntget. You just lost a customer along with all on grasscity forums. Thanx for nothing

they sayed i could send in pictures and theyd take care of it. but to make a long story short they ended up saying....

witch to me sounds like im getting baited or have somthing they owe me anyways held over my head so i come back. that to me is horrible customer service especially seeing as in all i want is what i origionally orderd. i dont see why i have to buy again or what makes them even think i want to deal with them again after this. its retarted.. i orderd somthing i should get exactly what i orderd no exceptions right??? i mean we pay 15 per seed its the least they can do....


AVOID THERE LITTLE GAMES AND DONT EVEN DEAL WITH THEM.. THEYL TIE A STRING TO YOUR EAR TO MAKE SURE U COME BACK LOL..

I agree their cs has gone to crap...checking a new lil known source out now...if they keep doing things as they do (the new source) the Tude has lost me as well...

2 of my freebies were crushed and 1 bag had no seed in it. I got the same response to send back the damaged goods and empty bag. Send back the empty bag and crushed seeds?

Since it was the freebies I said fuck it. Still fucked up how the do things tho.

Also never had a problem, but the freebies did suck for the 420 promotion, so I went with herbies, and they are good too...makes the attitude no less good though...

Once I saw the email reply he got I knew he wasn't lying because that is the EXACT same reply I got from them about my seeds.

He may not post much but his claim seems legit. Number of posts means nothing really. I'm here longer than all of you but that doesn't matter much either. The guy is venting....let him vent.

yes venting felt great.. still doesnt get me my goods. and yes only 1 post. iv had the accont for a while just doing research but i guess it took this to get me to break the ice lol. il be starting a grow jurnal soon so stay tuned for that. im germing a g13 raw deisel, and the auto flowerign freebeez i got from the tude on 420.. well see how it goes

nothing wrong with venting.. it is not like you can drive down to the business and talk to someone face to face ...i have ordered from the tude 5 or 6 times and never had any problems...but i kept reading more and more stories like yours....problems with an order and they say fuck you..tough shit ...that ain't right...so i started using a different bank ....check out the seed depot ...the customer service is amazing ...attitude is basically a middle man and they have gotten so big they feel like they can burn a customer here and there and it won't effect business .... good luck man...i also had good luck with planet skunk

Over the past year I keep reading more and more how the Tude is screwing up orders and making people place another order just to get the original problem fixed. I've ordered a few times from the tude with no hassle but it would be very naive of me to think that they wouldn't do this to me too if I had an order screwed up. Hopefully another company with good customer service (no one beats Sannie CS) will rise to the challenge.

With all the shills and the simple "hater" mentality that goes with being the most known and biggest seed bank who knows whats really is going on. I know I have never had a problem ever with any seedbank but that doesn't mean others don't. But on the flipside apparently I must be lying about my experience because everyone else gets ripped off? I don't think so.

In the end just trust the opinions of the people you know on RIU or people that have opinions that you respect. As for me I laugh at just about any other opinion regarding any seedbank if it isn't backed up with some real proof or from some unknown shill poster.

Ive never once got a messed up order from tude and Ive been ordering from there for 2-3 yrs now. Ya, I probaly have gotten a crushed freebie or two. But who cares there free. We are all lucky that their are companies that will send to the USA!

I order 3 times a year for the last almost 4yrs. I have had in all that time maybe 2 crushed seeds.. I have to agree with matt1420 that thats just the price of having something thats "illegal" sent to your doorstep. Lets, look at it like this, free beans are just that. If I order a 10pk from the tude thats what I'm paying for not the free beans they are just a bonus.. I order from other places too. But, I come back to the attitude because of speed and a great selection..
