the best way to germ

Ok everybody knows how to germ a seed, but realy wat do you guys find is the best and fastest way to germ a seed?

i find it good to soak them in a cup of water for 24hours then plant


but give some sugestions

I to soak my seed's 12-24 hour's.
Then plant them in peat puck's under a humidity dome.
Placed under 2-45w CFL's.
1-4 day's later pop up comes the sprout's.
