Post your edible mushrooms... I'm currently fruiting a lions mane in a ziplock freezer bag... it just started to fruit... I have a few bags going.. this one was an experiment just to see if I could grow in ziplock bags.. the others are in mushroom bags.

Eat the big one.. kind or stringy with mild flavor.. some say its lobster like in taste, I didn't think's so.. I used part of in a beef stew and the other half in spaghetti.. and could hardly know they were there. Little one is starting to get big..

Interesting thing this type of lions mane.. it turns pink ... this is the second shroom.. its said to be gourmet and medicinal...

Three of six 2 pound bags are running.. another month or so and I'll have more to eat.. these have a palm palm look other then the cascading waterfall look..

Well I'm giving this ago again.. I'm going to be giving some oysters a try along with lions main again.. I'm also trying out albino A+ and mazapatec along with a South American veriaty ..
