Can someone please do my calculation
The 'calculation' kind of strikes me as stupid.

Just divide likes by posts for a simple number.

They had a thread about this in TnT a couple years ago.

Likewise, the OP there used a stupid calculation, but his brain is heavily impacted by a duct tape fetish and he had less likes than posts and didn't like the low number that produced for him. So he did the opposite. LOfuckingL.

You can make numbers say anything.

No, you can't. Not when it comes to percentages. It's not my fault you can't understand basic math.

hey, I'm on top! bongsmilie
22995messages
47708score so that is 207.8%
Your number is actually 207.47% as I'm viewing this. It may be that you posted a few times without a like when I saw it.

My 5,680 posts and 15,191 likes would appear to indicate otherwise
At 267.45, you're absolutely correct!

Can someone please do my calculation
Sure thing! It's 179.60

You're an idiot.

Go back and read my post and the results again. Then read yours.

Tell you what, I'll save you the trouble. You said this:

That's all it is, really. Your problem is that you forgot to add the 0's for percentage based on 100's.

So going back to @Dr.Amber Trichome's numbers, if you divide his likes by his post, you get 1.796.

If you convert that to percentage you get 179.60

Dumbass.
Yeah, add a couple zeros on and act like you're Einstein.

Moron.

LMAO!

Really dude? You can't figure percentage is always calculated in 100's?

Basic division results in ratios, not percentages.

So basic division tells you that he gets 1.796 likes per post. But if you want to know the percentage you have to figure in 100's, so he has 179.60% more likes than posts.

Dumbass.

I think it's best expressed as a simple ratio rather than a percentage, myself
