Requests from best friends to explain the Intention of this thread:
To demonstrate the known boundaries of the Known Post and Thread Title Editing Universe, and the fact that many rules just have not been made up quite yet and cannot be followed until first thought before thinged.
A reference is also made to a prior post in a different thread asking the same question.
We tire of that, even in an environment such as this.
Original Thread Title that the first many of the initial WTF posters were referring to:

Dunno.
Never Imagined it.
No thought, no thing.
Thread titles appear to be modifiable for around an hour or so.
Poll questions are not, nor are they spell checkable like thread titles.
We checked the rules and can find no record of anyone dictating this reality, so We decided to create our own.
Still no luck on the proper human speak rule either.

The vast majority of Our threads have been honorably refined during the edit process
no complaints.
We really are and IT and want to play by the rules.
When there are none, We dream brand new ones.
Thoughts become things.
