Is this the methodology Jorge Cervantes acknowledges you for in his book?Already explained. Here's another method - https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/9114-spin-out-chemical-root-pruning.html

The holes near the top are covered.
Do you have the covered holes on the top? They prevent the water from coming out the sides.
I have been watering both top and bottom (in a tray) and have not had any problems. If I am running two pots, water one until it is full up top, then water the other. Then I pour some more in the tray.
The only "problem" I have is that the plants drink eat more, so I have to water twice a day. That is a good problem to have. (with 5 gallon hempy buckets, I watered once a day)
If you don't like watering so much, get some blumats.
your lucky! those are sick!Yes I know the top few holes are sealed up, but the water will shoot out of the holes just below and my catch trays dont extend out far enough to catch the water......so I end up cleaning the tent floor They are great pots, and they do what they say.....I also think you can downsize when using an airpot and still get the same results.....they do proces a great rootball. I only water 1 every 3 days or so.......everyday seems like alot. Here are a few pics from today. These are Nirvana Raseberry Cough (2 on the right) the others are Blackberry........the one small one in the middle is in a Air-pot......she was a runt, so I kept her cut back and smaller......still looks very heathly. These are at 4 weeks of 12/12 600w HPS, in a 4x4x6 tent. I toook the pics using my Method Seven HPS Sunglasses as a filter.....you can see how they filter out the HPS yellows, another killer product for any indoor grower.

Transpplanting with the Air pot is a breaze.....they come flat and you wrap them around the bottom drainage plate and use these plastic screws to hold them in a round pot shape. If you want to transplant....just take out the screws and unwrap the pot from the soil. I had some pics of when I did my first grow using them, the pics showed the roots once the pot was unwraped....but I lost them in a computer crash. Anyway, I like the Airpots but I also really like the 420 grow system pots....they seem to be easier to water, use less water and you cant really overwater with the 420 pots.how about TRANSPLANTING while using those pots? seems like it would be a bitch!
I know they are a bit pricey.....but worth it. My thought was I wont loss these like I do my other sunglasses......and I must say I cant even look at the HPS without them on anymore.......... so much easier on the eyes.....plus you really see what your plants look like, and if your a read your plant kind of grower these are a must.your lucky! those are sick!
i would love a pair but cant find myself throwing out that much money for glasses im only going to use in my grow room
Yep, but like I corrected Jorge after the fact, the "roots don't turn up." He meant well.Is this the methodology Jorge Cervantes acknowledges you for in his book?
oh the unwrap?? well thats awesome! ill have to invest in some soonTranspplanting with the Air pot is a breaze.....they come flat and you wrap them around the bottom drainage plate and use these plastic screws to hold them in a round pot shape. I don't know what to tell you. I run coco and do not have a problem with water coming out the sides. I use soil outside and do not have a problem.Yes I know the top few holes are sealed up, but the water will shoot out of the holes just below and my catch trays dont extend out far enough to catch the water......so I end up cleaning the tent floor They are great pots, and they do what they say.....I also think you can downsize when using an airpot and still get the same results.....they do proces a great rootball. You're right. Vigor is dictated by how proficient a gardener is regarding the medium and culture they're using."I water twice a day is because coco grows plants faster and bigger than soil.:
Not true.
I have done a side by side and coco and soil. Coco absolutely grows bigger plants faster than soil. So much so that I have added coco to all of my outdoor plants, weed or otherwise."I water twice a day is because coco grows plants faster and bigger than soil.:
