These little ones have been through the ringer(suggestions?)

I planted these 2 in Late March early April and they were victims of overwatering.

They seem to be hanging on but based on the pictures what should be my next course of action?

If it’s really been that long ( march / april ) and they are looking like that that currently , they are probably stunted.
