Applications are going to be on a first come, 'first served' basis!

If you have a dream of running your own care facility and haven't taken the first steps of making it a reality, you might be missing your chance because i'm sure the availability and zoning restrictions will make it very difficult to do so.

Speaking of runing your own it needs to be non-profit and non profit has a board of directors involved.
