Thinking about going LEC 315

So i been on the fence about going CoB LED and CMH... so this i ask.
I have a 3x3 on the way and if i did decide to go with the LEC 315 option what all else would i need in the tent? This will be my first grow so excuse my ignorance

An exhaust fan and circulation fan

Possibly a carbon filter if you care about the stink

Pots soil and nutrients and pH pen
