This a Hermie? - First time Grower

So this is my very first grow and I have two plants about 8 weeks from seed. One of them looks much different than the other, and from what I've read it may be a hermie???

Like I said, first time grower so I'm not 100% certain - please take a look at the pics below and let me know your thoughts. Strain is an auto flower NYC Diesel.

Those sack looking things focused on the 3rd pic have pistils coming out of them (white hairs that turn brown later in flower) which are female flowers.

Google cannabis pollen sacks, and see if there's any of those around.
Does not look like a hermie to me.
 
I see what you mean. My worry is that I have two plants growing in the same area and the other one is shorter and has much more luscious looking flowers. Someone else said perhaps its the sativa coming out more than the indica in my NYC Diesel strain. So if I have those pollen sack looking things with pistils coming out they are most likely female? From what I can tell thy all do, which would put me much more at ease...also tons of trichomes.
 
Looks female, interesting for a diesel. Super sativa ish, almost looks like a dr. grimspoon. Super frosty and looks great :)

Well it's an autoflower so it has started, in fact I have been growing two plants and the other looks well...different and more flowery. I have kept an 18/6 lighting schedule.
