thats probably just the ballast itself (like a replacement ballast i think)..

yeah it's a ballast..but you have to wire it and get all the rest of the stuff to go with it to get it to work..

god damn man, look...i left you a link, you get the bulb, the ballast, and the reflector and no, you plug it into the socket that connects with your ballast
