Hey everyone. Doing a first time grow on the inspiration and guidance of a friend in real life.
Equipment
6.5"x6.5"x6.5" Mylar Grow Tent
2014 Lighthouse Hydro BlackStar V2.0 240w UV LED Grow Light
4" Titan Inline Fan 190 CFM
4" Value Pro Carbon Filter rated at 200 CFM maximum air flow
Fox Farms Ocean Forest blend mixed with perlite
Will be getting some nutes for flowering but will be starting on the low side of nutes
Distilled water
10 plants, 5 Liberty Haze and 5 ??? thinking about Jack Berry
Questions
I've read mixed reviews about LEDs but my friend swears by them. Will this particular light be enough for 10 plants in a 6.5" square tent Seed to Harvest?
That carbon filter fan combo is the best I can find for the price, but will it work for my grow space? I know I need something like 54 CFM, supposedly, to clear my space according to the formula I saw on here. I made sure the fan could pull nearly the max airflow for the filter.
I intend to FIM unless it prevents me from LSTing, does this eliminate the use of LST bending, or can I combine the two techniques?
Anyone have any advice for Liberty Haze in particular?
